Supervision During Lunch

While at school during lunch your child will be expected to eat in the designated area and stay on school property for the duration of the lunch hour (for more detailed information please refer to the lunch information form).

 

After eating lunch students are supervised in the school yard and have access to some outdoor play equipment. There will also be various enrichment activities available throughout the year.

 

To reduce the amount of waste, please try to send your child with a litterless lunch. Ideally this means that each child would bring their food in plastic containers in a reusable lunch bag with spoons, napkins etc.. 

 

Unfortunately we are not able to warm up lunches for students. Please do not send food that needs to be warmed in a microwave oven. 

 

NB. Peanut butter and any food containing nuts should not be brought to school.

Milk
Milk is available for purchase for $140 for the school year.

Pizza Lunches
The lunch program also offer 8 pizza lunches through out the school year as follows;
Students are asked to sign up and pay for pizza lunch in advance and registration forms can be picked up in the office or downloaded here. Each pizza slice is $1.50 and cheese and/or pepperoni are available.
